Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

ICARUS is a book I have been slowly working on over they last couple years. I originally completed 32 pages and released the comic as a limited edition print version as well as a digital version. Recently I went back through and added new content as well as re-wrote and re-edited the original pages into something entirely new. ICARUS: Primer is a 28 page story that sets up the world of ICARUS and prepares it for it's launch in 2013. Love Icarus! I been a fan of your work since Hurricane Kids (which I found on indyplanet a few years back) & also have Hollow. Mad at myself that I never bought any issues of Icarus. I stop messing with indyplanet because sometimes they take months to mail out comics. I usually don't like reading comics off the web especially if there is a printed copy (I'm old school & like flipping pages) but I've always had it in the back of my head I would eventually get Icarus. Still gonna get it when ever I get the cash to order the stuff saved in my wishlist. Your art style is fantastic, which is the reason I bought Hurricane Kids & Hollow. Loved what you did with the Jesus comic (read the 1st volume & was ecstatic when you did the 2nd vol.). I'm glad I got a chance to read this, wouldn't download it though cause I'm still a fan of paper. But for sure I will get the next chapter when it comes out. Hopefully I can purchase that directly from you or Amazon, cause indyplanet kinda sucks right now on their delivery. You're an excellent writer too, and Icarus really proves that! Best wishes on all your future project, you have a lifetime supporter.

Thanks! I'm going to probably pull ICARUS from indy planet and that issue doesn't really connect 100% with the new direction. I will probably make the Primer for sale in print at some point before the end of the year.
